Verification Program

‘Voices Verified’ is the verification program that authenticates the identity and quality of talent on the platform. Verified status is indicated with a Talent Voices Verified blue checkmark on a talent profile.

How do talent get verified?

To obtain a ‘Voices Verified’ logo on their profile, a talent must meet certain criteria, including having completed more than 100 jobs through Voices, having their identity confirmed, and upholding our community guidelines. A “Voices Verified” logo indicates authenticity and is not considered an endorsement by Voices.

Identification

  • The talent’s name matches payment information or an official government document
  • Email address has been authenticated
  • Mobile phone matches the mobile phone in the talent’s contact information at Voices

Community Member

  • Talent is a member in good standing with an active Premium or Platinum membership

Expertise

  • Talent has been hired more than 100 times

After one year of good standing you will be eligible to qualify for Voices Verification.

No, once granted and you remain a community member in good standing, you’ll keep your verification status. If you are a Premium member and downgrade to a Guest membership, you will not retain your verification status.
